Het totaal aantal respondenten was bijna 4000. Daarentegen blijken routeplanners, of mapping sites, voor de grootste loyaliteit te zorgen. Opvallend is verder ook dat zoeksystemen voor vooral lokale diensten en zoekmachines als Froogle ook in de top5 zitten qua loyaliteit.<\/p>\n<p>Zo blijkt uit het onderzoek dat 37% van de respondenten veelvuldig gebruikt maakt van zoekmachines voor online winkels. 75% van de respondenten zegt zelfs het internet te gebruiken om prijsvergelijkingen te verrichten.
