Meetroduction is een software huis dat &#8220;location-aware social networking software&#8221; maakt. Hun eerste versie <a href=\"http:\/\/www.meetro.com\/\">Meetro<\/a> zag afgelopen 4 augustus het licht.<\/p>\n<p>Het achterliggende idee van Meetro is &#8220;to find people to hang out with in the physical world&#8230;&#8221; Meetro combineert Instant Messaging met het geautomatiseerd localiseren van vrienden. &#8220;The beauty of Meetro is the direct way in which you connect with people nearby,&#8221; aldus Paul Bragiel, CEO van Meetroduction. &#8220;Just run Meetro, double-click on a person and begin chatting immediately. It&#8217;s all real-time, which means you see and communicate with local people who are online right now.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p>Het is al langer bekend dat Google gedachten heeft over Instant Messaging. De reden is vrij simpel. Nu is Google marktleider op zoekgebied, echter deze positie staat sterk onder druk.
