De firma Geico had een rechtzaak aangespannen, omdat een concurrent merknamen van Geico had gebruikt in een Google AdWords campagne. <\/p>\n<p>De verwachting was dat Google het in deze rechtzaak zou laten uitkomen op een precedent over mogelijk gelijksoortige kwesties in de toekomst. Door nu deze makkelijke weg te kiezen laat Google de deur open voor bedrijven om gelijksoortige claims in te dienen.
