Ask.com gaat een jarenlange band aan met Lycos door deze portal zowel te voorzien van de technologie voor het organische deel als de inhoud voor advertising. Het Lycos netwerk bestaat uit zoekmachine Hotbot en Lycos, en de free hosters Tripod en Angelfire.<\/p>\n

Lycos dat vroeger alleen een zoekmachine is, was een tijd geleden veranderd in een portal met zoekfunctie. Met dit contract wordt duidelijk dat de focus totaal niet meer ligt op het zoeken, maar op de content.<\/p>\n

Zoom related search is placed on the right side of the search results page where most search engines place advertisements. No other search engine has the ability to offer conceptually-related suggestions.
\n\u00b7 Ask Sponsored Listings (ASL) Search Advertising \u2013 Provides highly relevant keyword-targeted, pay-per-click advertising.
