Gisteren werd bekend gemaakt dat in Frankrijk het bedrijf <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.flachfilm.com\/?lang=en\">Flach Film<\/a> de Franse Google Video <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/money.cnn.com\/2006\/11\/23\/news\/international\/google_france.reut\/\">beschuldigt van inbreuk<\/a> op copyright. Volgens Flach Film is hun film &#8216;The World According to Bush&#8217; 40 tot 50.000 keer vertoond voordat deze door Google werd verwijderd. De claim van Flach Film bedraagt ongeveer 650.000 dollar. Google ontkent en verwijst naar de algemene voorwaarden.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>In Italie speelt een <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/ca.today.reuters.com\/news\/newsArticle.aspx?type=technologyNews&#038;storyID=2006-11-24T222053Z_01_L24238322_RTRIDST_0_TECH-ITALY-GOOGLE-COL.XML\">geheel andere kwestie<\/a>. Daar is een opgedoken home movie waarin een autistische jongen belachelijk wordt gemaakt het onderwerp. Twee Italiaanse Google Video medewerkers zijn ondervraagd hoe het mogelijk is dat zo&#8217;n video kan worden geplaatst. De klacht die ten laste is gelegd aan de medewerkers is dat zij gefaald hebben bij de controle van de content van geplaatste video&#8217;s.<\/p>\n<p>De gewraakte video laat een 17 jarige jongen zien die door vier klasgenoten mishandeld wordt in een klaslokaal.
