Het klinkt misschien spannender dan het is, maar het blijkt dat er voor het publieke beta stadium waarin de meeste software van Google blijft hangen, er ook nog een alpha stadium is voor vrienden en familie van Google. Dit alpha stadium is wel gekoppeld aan een tijdsperiode. Namelijk 2 weken. In die 2 weken kan deze testergroep de nieuwe software bekijken. Nu weten we dus ook waar de geruchten over nieuwe producten vandaan komen, uit deze tester groep (lijkt mij zo)…
Grote vraag is dan, hoe kom je in deze test groep terecht? Dat kan blijkbaar alleen als je persoonlijk uitgenodigd wordt door iemand die voor Google werkt.
The Trusted Tester Program gives the friends and family members of Google employees a chance to test early Google confidential betas and let us know what they think. To become a Trusted Tester, you first must be invited by a friend or family member who currently works at Google. You can then log on to the Trusted Tester website with a Google Account in order to access and test out betas of new Google products as they become available.
